Geocell polymeric material “RGС GR”

Geocell polymeric material "RGС GR" is made from polyethylene tapes, obtained by extrusion, which are bonded in a staggered manner with the formation of diamond-shaped cells by ultrasonic welding into cell (volumetric) frame. The geogrid is designed to create fixation conditions in their cells of filler on the slopes of the roadbed to prevent water and wind erosion. In case of limited number of inert materials or their absence on the facility can be used geocell material with reinforced filler as the basis of temporal and technological passages. As the filler are used not only inert materials, and soils but also cement concrete.
Materials of various grades with different size of cells and modules can be used.

EFFECT OF THE MATERIAL APPLICATION:

• ensuring a stable structure on sloping parts of the embankments and earth structures for fixing a filler material;
• creating the base layer, reinforced with geocell in the pavement, allowing the movement of heavy vehicles to remote areas.

APPLICATIONS AREA OF “RGС GR” GEO-HONEYCOMB MATERIAL:

• anti-erosion protection of slopes of transport infrastructure and other ground facilities;
• strengthening and landscaping of the coastal zone of water bodies, watercourses and channels with low velocities of flow (up to 1 m/s);
• performing landscaping, playgrounds, ecologically safe Parking areas, construction sites and other.
